Non-Discrimination Statement
WSPP does not discriminate in its education program or activity against any applicant for admission, student, applicant for employment, or employee on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, veteran status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. In addition, current, potential, or past pregnancy or related conditions are protected as mandated by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX). We strive to create an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and we actively promote equal opportunity and diversity in all aspects of our educational programs, admissions, employment practices, and institutional policies.
Title IX Compliance
In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and its implementing regulations, WSPP prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in its educational programs and activities. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and discrimination based on pregnancy.
WSPP is committed to promptly addressing and resolving complaints of sex discrimination and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all applicants, students, and employees.

Grievance Procedures
WSPP has established procedures for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. These procedures are designed to ensure a fair process for all parties involved.

Training and Education
WSPP provides regular training to faculty, staff, and students on topics related to non-discrimination, Title IX, and creating a respectful campus environment. These educational efforts are aimed at preventing discrimination and promoting awareness of rights and responsibilities.
