WSPP Alumni or current WSPP students can request an official or non-official transcript by sending a written request to the School or filling out a transcript request form (download) and mailing it to the school, faxed requests will not be honored since we need your original signature.

Written requests must include:
  • your full name
  • former name(s)
  • social security number
  • address
  • phone number
  • dates of attendance at WSPP
  • complete address for where you want the transcript(s) sent
  • your signature
  • Check made payable to Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology for $10.00 per transcript.

Transcripts can be picked up in person, but will be stamped "Student Copy".

Official transcript: will be printed on speciall transcript paper, an will have an embossed school seal.

Unofficial transcripts are not embossed with the school seal and are usually not used for applying to other schools or for employment purposes.
