Application Procedures

| Application Deadline: Applications for Fall admissions must be received by April 15. The deadline for the receipt of Spring admission applications is October 15. Late applications will be considered on a space available basis. |

Transfer of Courses Students are expected to complete all required courses. However, it is possible to transfer courses under certain circumstances. A course may be transferred if a graduate level course judged to be equivalent was completed at another regionally accredited institution with a grade of "B" or better. The transfer requires written approval of both the WSPP course instructor and the Dean. No more than 18 credit hours may be transferred, 12 for post-masters.Withdrawal and Adjustments Students choosing to withdraw from a course must do so in writing to the Dean. Refunds will be made according to the schedule below: Before 1st Class Meeting ..............................100% refund Before 2nd Class Meeting ............................. 80% refund Before 4th Class Meeting .............................. 60% refund After 4th Class Meeting ................................. NONE In compliance with V.A. regulation 14256, students who are receiving veteran's benefits will only pay the portion of tuition and other charges that corresponds to the part of the program completed. Students who withdraw from a course after the second class meeting are assigned a grade of "W" for the class.
